General Terms and Conditions
1. General
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all our contracts and services. By ordering products from our range, these terms are deemed accepted. Deviating provisions from the orderer are only recognised if we have agreed to them in writing.
2. Offer, prices and payment methods
All offers on this website are non-binding. We are not the manufacturer of the products we offer. All information, data, dimensions and images in our shop are based on the details provided by the respective manufacturers and may differ from the actual products. The information on our site is therefore not a guarantee of specific characteristics. We cannot accept liability for any errors.
An order is only concluded once the buyer places it. As soon as we have received the order, the buyer receives an email with the order details.
The prices listed at the time of ordering apply. The various payment methods are shown during the ordering process.
SchirmBock.ch generally offers the payment methods credit card, PayPal, TWINT and advance payment. SchirmBock.ch reserves the right, for any order, not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to the other payment methods.
If advance payment by bank transfer is agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed a later due date.
When paying by credit card, PayPal or TWINT, payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider under their terms of use.
3. Delivery
Deliveries are made from our warehouse, plus shipping costs. Transport damage must be reported immediately to the postal service or SchirmBock.ch so that claims can be asserted. SchirmBock.ch reserves the right to make partial deliveries at no extra cost to the affected customer. Should the ordered goods no longer be available or orderable, the customer will be promptly refunded the payment made, or the customer is free to choose another item as an alternative.
4. Delivery time
For items in stock, the delivery period is 1-3 working days. For items we do not have in stock, delivery times of 2-4 weeks may occur. We strive to keep the delivery time as short as possible and will send you the item promptly once it has arrived. We are only liable for compliance with the delivery times we state if these were expressly designated as binding by us on the order confirmation. If a binding shipping or delivery date is exceeded, the orderer is free to set a grace period or to withdraw from the contract immediately. In all cases, we are not liable for delivery delays caused by the manufacturer.
5. Shipping and packaging
Delivery of the ordered items is made to the address specified by the customer. Within Switzerland, the flat rate for shipping and packaging is CHF 9.00 per order. For deliveries outside Switzerland, shipping costs depend on the respective destination country, and the corresponding shipping rates are shown during the ordering process. For all deliveries outside Switzerland, the customer bears all taxes and customs costs that may be incurred.
Orders containing several items entitle SchirmBock.ch to make partial deliveries. However, any partial deliveries or subsequent deliveries are free of charge.
In the case of withdrawal or exchange under point 6, the customer bears the cost of the return shipment themselves.
6. Returns and exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with the products purchased from us. An exchange of goods delivered in accordance with the contract is therefore possible in exceptional cases and with our consent. The return must be made in the original packaging within 5 days of receipt of the goods. The customer accepts that SchirmBock.ch may charge a handling fee under certain circumstances.
7. Defects in the purchased item
In the event of defects in the purchased item, the buyer must report these defects to SchirmBock.ch within five working days of receipt of the goods, otherwise the delivery is deemed accepted. The period begins to run upon delivery of the goods. The deadline is met if the complaint is handed over to a post office at the latest on the fifth day after delivery. The buyer must prove in their complaint that the usability of the goods is significantly impaired. SchirmBock.ch will clarify whether a replacement delivery is possible or whether the purchase price will be refunded. Claims for damages by the buyer are excluded.
8. Legal notices
SchirmBock.ch accepts no liability whatsoever for the content of websites linked from www.SchirmBock.ch. In particular, any liability for the content is expressly rejected, whether it is unlawful, immoral or simply not age-appropriate. The visitor to such a website, linked to from within the SchirmBock.ch website, bears full responsibility for their visit themselves.
9. Copyright notice
The content and structure of the contributions published on this website are protected by copyright. The images are the property of SchirmBock.ch and the manufacturers of the items offered. Use of the images or content placed on www.SchirmBock.ch requires the express written permission of SchirmBock.ch.
10. Legal validity of these disclaimers
These disclaimers are to be regarded as part of the internet offering from which reference was made to this page. If parts or individual wordings of this text do not, no longer, or not completely correspond to the applicable legal situation, the remaining parts of the document remain unaffected in their content and validity.
11. Jurisdiction
All legal relationships and contracts are subject to Swiss law.
